Are there Movies NEVER before seen?
Ok so I’m curious I have been researching gruesome movies the past week or two and have came to the conclusion that there are some movies that stand out of the crowd as being the most vile, disturbing, gruesome movies of all time.
Examples
cannibal halocaust
august underground mordum
salo 120 days of Sodom
eraserhead
begotten
etc.
Anyways that leads me to my question…..are there any movies that are so sick or wrong that they were banned and never released to the public??
The movies KIDs and Ken Park both received NC-17 ratings and were never released to the public. Both movies deal with teenage issues and dysfunctionality. If you wanna see disturbing, watch those two movies. I watched Salo and yes that movie is f#%$ed up.

But the major film that comes to my mind wasn’t really banned but edited. A /lot/. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannibal_Ho locaust That movie was banned in so many countries as they thought it was a snuff film (which the director eventually disproved by having the actor show up and say yes, they /were/ alive), and due to so much rape, death, and the fact that seven animals were actually killed on camera (one of them wasn’t shown in the film). Two monkeys were killed for the one scene, and then eaten by the cast members (because some of the cast members were really from the jungle).
Sounds insane, I know, but it’s true. Yay for 1980 Italian films.
